moonkimvision(“회사”, “저희”)은 티어리스트 메이커 앱(이하 “서비스”)을 무료로 제공합니다.

본 페이지는 서비스 이용 시 개인정보의 수집·이용·공개에 관한 정책을 안내합니다.
서비스를 이용함으로써 본 정책에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

저희는 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 서비스에는 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 회사 서버로 데이터를 보내지 않습니다. 다만 무료 서비스 운영을 위해 광고를 게재하며, 광고 제공업체(Google AdMob)가 아래 3항의 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

사진 (사진 선택)
사용자가 티어리스트에 넣을 이미지를 직접 고른 경우에만, 고른 사진을 앱 안에 복사해 사용합니다. 사진은 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장되며 업로드·전송하지 않습니다.

사진 앱에 저장 (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, Android 10 이하)
완성한 티어리스트 이미지를 사용자의 사진 앱(갤러리)에 저장할 때 사용합니다.

만든 티어리스트와 설정
티어리스트 내용, 이미지, 앱 설정은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

공유
“공유”를 누르면 기기의 공유 화면이 열리고, 사용자가 고른 앱으로 이미지가 전달됩니다. 공유 대상과 내용은 전적으로 사용자가 선택합니다.

2. 템플릿 이미지 다운로드 (인터넷)

사용자가 게임·애니메이션 템플릿을 고르면, 캐릭터 이름과 이미지를 아래 공개 서버에서 내려받습니다.

이 요청에는 개인정보가 포함되지 않습니다. 다만 일반적인 인터넷 통신처럼, 해당 서버가 요청 시 IP 주소·기기 언어 등 기술 정보를 받을 수 있으며 이는 각 서버 운영자의 정책을 따릅니다.

3. 광고 (Google AdMob)

서비스는 화면 하단 배너와 새 티어리스트를 만들 때 표시되는 전면 광고를 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. Google은 광고 게재·성과 측정·부정 행위 방지를 위해 다음 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.

기기·앱 정보, 광고 노출·클릭 기록, 비정상 종료 등 진단 정보

유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 사용자에게는 처음 실행할 때 광고 개인정보 동의 화면이 표시되며, 설정의 “광고 개인정보 설정”에서 언제든지 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수도 있습니다.

4. 그 밖의 제3자 서비스

광고 외의 분석·추적 SDK는 없습니다.
설정의 “문의하기”는 기기의 메일 앱을, “개인정보처리방침”은 브라우저를 엽니다.

저희는 개인정보를 보유하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제할 회사 측 데이터가 없습니다. 광고와 관련된 데이터는 위 3항의 방법으로 동의를 바꾸거나 광고 ID를 재설정해 관리할 수 있습니다. 기기에 저장된 데이터는 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 언제든지 삭제됩니다.

저희는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

6. 아동 개인정보 보호

본 서비스는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 저희는 누구의 개인정보도 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 궁금한 점이 있는 보호자는 아래 이메일로 연락해 주십시오.

moonkimvision (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Tier List Maker app (the “Service”) free of charge.

This page explains our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect personal information ourselves. The Service has no sign-up or login, and it does not send data to our servers. To keep the Service free, it shows ads, and our ad provider (Google AdMob) may collect the information described in Section 3.

Photos (photo picker)
Only when you choose images to add to a tier list, the selected photos are copied into the app. They are stored only on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted.

Saving to Photos (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, Android 10 and below)
Used to save your finished tier list image to your photo gallery.

Your tier lists and settings
Tier list content, images, and app settings are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Sharing
Tapping “Share” opens your device’s share sheet and sends the image to the app you choose. What you share, and with whom, is entirely up to you.

2. Template Image Downloads (Internet)

When you choose a game or anime template, character names and images are downloaded from these public servers:

These requests contain no personal information. As with any internet request, these servers may receive technical information such as your IP address and device language, which is governed by each operator’s own policy.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Service uses Google AdMob to show a banner at the bottom of the screen and a full-screen ad when you create a new tier list. Google may collect and process the following to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud:

Device identifiers such as the advertising ID
IP address and approximate location derived from it
Device and app information, ad impressions and clicks, and diagnostics such as crash logs

Users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland are shown an ad privacy consent message on first launch and can change their choice at any time under “Ad privacy choices” in Settings. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

4. Other Third-Party Services

Apart from advertising, the Service contains no analytics or tracking SDKs.
“Contact us” in Settings opens your email app, and “Privacy Policy” opens your browser.

Because we hold no personal information, there is no data on our side to access, correct, or delete. Advertising-related data can be managed by changing your consent or resetting your advertising ID as described in Section 3. Data stored on your device can be deleted at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not ourselves collect personal information from anyone. Parents or guardians with questions may contact us at the email below.
